I had a great experience with J&J. Jonathan was professional, responsive, and kept me updated every step of the way. He took the time to explain what was going on with my car, answered all of my questions, and made sure I felt comfortable with everything before moving forward. Jonathan and Jose did an excellent job on the repairs. The work was done efficiently, and my car is running great. It’s clear they take pride in what they do and genuinely care about their customers. Finding a mechanic you can trust isn’t easy, but J&J have definitely earned mine. Their honesty, quality of work, and outstanding customer service made the entire experience stress-free. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and trustworthy mechanics

Professional and honest.

The only auto repair company you'll need. They've worked on my Range Rover to my 1923 T bucket. Jonathan is a great mechanic.

Jose was fantastic. He diagnosed our car's problems quickly and with our approval started the repairs. He got it done in half the time the dealership offered and the price was significantly better than the other mechanics quoted. We have had the exact same experience two previous times with J&J. I usually never leave reviews, but Jonathan definitely deserves one. After months of taking my Range Rover to different mechanics and getting nowhere, he was finally able to fix it and get it working again after it had completely locked up. He was super helpful, honest, and kept me updated through the process. You can tell he actually cares about helping people and knows what he’s doing. I’m honestly so grateful because I was stressed thinking my truck would never run again. If you need a mechanic you can trust, I highly recommend J&J Elite Auto Repair. Thank you again!

The owner Jonathan is welcoming and personable. They were honest in their work and reasonable in their estimate for what was needed. The main issue I had is that they took about 3 hours for just replacing sway bar links and doing a wheel alignment. It seems their business is better suited for repairing stalled broken engines rather than doing simple vehicle repairs.

Always amazing service and transparency, dealer parts but not a dealer prices, today the shop warrantied out my catalytic converter and replaced and O2 sensor, once it was completed the diagnostic scanner detected another bad O2 sensor and the co-owner replaced it at no cost. He don’t have to do it, but I’ll be returning for all future repairs because of that.

This is a REAL top tier mechanic shop. Had a previous “reputable” NISSAN/INFINITI shop spend 3 weeks diagnosing a persistent misfire code who replaced plugs, injectors, coil packs, preformed walnut blasting of the intake manifold, only for the code to come back 10 days later. J&J was able to pinpoint the problem after a very thorough and technical diagnosis (main engine harness repair as a result of loss of signal from the ECU) and repair the vehicle in a single day. No unnecessary parts or countless hours of “diagnostic” labor fees like the previous shop. He also addressed and corrected a lot overlooked work done by the previous shop without killing my wallet. I won’t trust any other mechanic for my vehicles. Very personable, knowledgeable, and HONEST guys here. Thanks again J&J!

Great place to come by! I found through Apple Maps and called to ask about services for my Nissan Versa. They were communicative, offer payment plans, and explain details over the work! I also got to watch a bit since I stayed! I’ll def be coming back to get my other work done on my Versa. It’s nice to know there’s still good honest mechanics in houston!

J&J are absolutely GREAT!😊 10/10! The reason to choose them above all others: 1. They work on Infiniti’s! (A lot of places don’t or they will say they can but can’t… J&J FIX INFINITIs! Don’t waste your money on diagnosis fees when a lot of places don’t know! Trust me I know I did my research around Houston, at several shops… J&J is it!) 2. They give dealership quality work without the expensive prices! (I am grateful for all of their hardworking. I am accountant so costs are very important to me.) 3. Customer Service is unmatched! (They worked with me when it came to getting my car worked on while I was at work. Working with my schedule was so helpful so I wouldn’t be car-less!) 4. Customer Service AGAIN! Communication is greatttt! Very responsive, they worked with me with financial accommodations and they vacuumed my Infiniti (complimentary)😊! Good price

Hey Belinda, So on top of the light being bad yes the wiring had came apart that was crimped on there before. It might have been pulled off because that does not just happen on its own but what we did on top of replacing the bulbs, was solder in the wires so that its not a crimp and no chance of it falling apart in the future. As far as warranty yes you have 1 year warranty parts and labor on the bulbs if they go out. I am glad to hear that we made your day with the simple repair. Come back and see us any time!
